wow...even taking 2mg of xanax doesnt help...this sucks...

Never had much of a problem sleeping on tren
I only use it for very short durations though with lots and lots of H20 and lots of cardio so i think im just exhausted i have to sleep
i do hate the fuckin night sweats though, thats the only thing that wakes me up over and over....i wash and change sheets daily on tren

i was the same with the sweats, get some prescription sleep meds, like ambien works great, go to a doc tell em u cant sleep (or tell him the truth and u only need it for a month or so) or order from a canadian pharm online, i stole my mothers 
ambien got me a good 9 hours of solid sleep while on fina, but those night sweats had me waking up in a smelly puddle

having taken both ambien and xanax this is my comments on both...as for the guy who cant fall asleep on xanax...well i usually dont fall asleep i pass the fuck out....xanax i usually take like 3-4 hours before i go to bed thats when itll really get me tired and allow me to sleep...and xanax keeps me asleep usually the entire night...ambien is a great sleep aid but doesnt compare to xanax...i do like ambien however because it will put me to sleep...but no keep me there...usually wake up at 3 in the morning...no experience with ambien CR tho...o yea and tren sweats suck...i hate it cuz im poor and we usually keep the AC on 78 degrees...so the AC will kick in like once every 45 minutes and stay on for like 5 minutes....and yes i have counted how many minutes it takes for the AC to kick in from my insomnia...moral of the story of the tren sweats is that i usually dont go under the sheets or anything like that and when the AC kicks in im cold as fuck

I don't know about that.... Have you read all the side effects people get from too much Ambien? It's pretty nasty...... I work in a hospital, and they give patients Ambien for sleep pretty regularly..... Well, every once in a while they give the usual dose to a lil 90yr old lady, and it's too much for her..... They freak out, yell all night, sleep walk, have heart problems.... I truely think Ambien's legality in the US is on it's way out..... They are finding more sides from this drug every day..... If you get the dosage right, it works good, but get it wrong, and it's crazy city....

Temazipam. Seemed like a Stronger sleep med to me than Xanax, Lunesta, or ambien. I can barley make it to my bedroom after taking that stuff.
Now i stricly use melatonin and red wine. FAR less habit forming.

is tha the same thing as triazolam? cuz ive been prescribed that too...its aight...xanax has been the strongest for me so far...last night i got great sleep though...very surprised when i woke up and there was actually light outside...LOL...i think the key for me is to take less naps through out the day...tough to fight it thohairlossguru said:
