for mass gains, definitely deca but for strength, while they are both good and you cant go wrong, i like tren...

All things being equal (diet and training included) I'd go with this.

tren is the king of steroids. you will gain the most mass from tren over any other steroid and in terms of strength it blows everything else away by a mile

that doesn't mean though it is 'better' though. deca has way way way less sides and is far gentler on your hair and heart health
