Trenbolone fat burning and carbs

Very interesting video, thanks for sharing.... I've only used tren twice, once with 125mgs/week test and this time with 100mg EOD, I liked it much better with the lower dose of test, personally I feel that the info in the video has held true for me, too much dietary fat will still gain fat but carbs seem to be fine, I eat 80-100% clean depending on my goal so it would be interesting to hear from someone who's shovelled a crazy amount of carbs into their body on a tren cycle... The most I've been able to manage is 350-450g...

I agree with much of what he says. Trenbalone, while being a very strong compound won't bring the same results for everyone. As the vlogger says, much is down to genetics, diet, and training. If you're training and nutrition is set up for fat loss, most people will be happy with the fat burning potential of Tren. However, a small percentage of guys will still lose fat even if they consume loads of CHO. I suppose that's where the genetic difference comes in.

Not sure I agree with the part where he says: guys who are solid and ripped, and claim to be natural or using milder roids, has to be on Tren and are telling pork-pies. Many guys can get big and ripped without the need for Tren. Okay, I'm not one of them, but to say they're all on Tren is a bit fallacious.

I personally don't know of anyone who eats loads and still get ripped of the compound. Anyone???

just skip to 2:20 of the video. i have a thread that talks about this on here and I explain it thoroughly :)

also his point of those that don't burn fat on tren because they eat too much dietary fat isn't true with me. I never cut on any AAS including tren. and its not like i am getting in insane amounts of dietary fat, its not higher than what a normal bodybuilder my size would eat .. i always end up bulking on a cycle no matter what. and then off cycle the fat comes off.

bottom line is you gotta try things out yourself and not every person is gonna have the same results of course. put 100 people on tren and you will get 100 different results from it.. like he says at the end of the video you can have guys eat shit and crap during tren and still drop fat and then you have guys like me that eat solid and don't lose fat. every person is different. one thing that is hard to dispute with tren though is that if you workout while using it lol then nothing will put on strength like it will thats for sure
 
I can honestly say I ate dirty as fuck on tren and leaned down a good bit and grew. I really wish tren didn't have the strong sides that it does.
 
I've found I can eat pretty shitty on tren and still stay pretty lean and get good gains, but the problem with this is that its very hard to get back on a good diet once you come off. Its very easy to get used to eating poorly but not easy to change back to eating lean, at least not for me. So I wouldnt recommend eating like shit, ever really, even on tren.
 
running EQ vs tren are like night and day when it comes to cardio. seems like on EQ my endurance is never ending.. on tren its shit..


Steve, I'm on 100 mgs of tren EOD and I have no issues with my cardio. I do 30-35 mins ED and can go longer if my time allowed it.
 
I am amazed how proud people are of their shitty eating habits while taking tren. Especially knowing how bad tren is for you toxicity wise. Is it just more or is eating like shit on cycle assinine?

Doesn't sound like pride to me, more like sheer amazement. I mean, I would certainly think it noteworthy if I was killing a large pizza for every meal and still leaning out
 
Thats truee i wish i could eat a pizza for every meal and lean out lol! tren is amazing hoping to hit it in about a year or so

I'm planning on eating 90% clean as I always do when I run Tren this summer. Other than 3 cheat meals per week on workout days, my diet will be all lean meats, green veggies, and complex carbs. I like to eat pizza, burgers, pasta and shit like that once or twice per week but I can't stand eating dirty most of the time.

If you eat clean on Tren I assure you that you will definitely see a vast difference in your appearance. Sodium ions get trapped underneath the skin, which is a muscle-masking fluid. Tren will smash those unwanted ions that block water from surfacing, and get rid of that stubborn water retention that is under the skin. I guarantee, if you eat clean on Tren your skin will have that cellophane look.
 
I can just imagine runnimg tren alongside EQ. The appetite increase of the EQ feeding right into the nutrient partitioning of the tren ....

Awesome to hear bro. I'm looking forward to it. I'm doing Test/tren/Masteron for 10 weeks, so the goal is to be big, vascular, ripped, and dry. Sounds like Tren will help make that happen with my clean diet.

You look like you are very lean and in great shape.
 
if i dont eat clean i cannot function so its a moot point for me. whether or not i am on tren i always eat and drink clean no matter what.

i've dated slobs that would bring greasy chinese food or mcdonalds in my house and it made me sick just smelling that shit. one chick i dated was addicted to soda and all i have in my house is tea and water. not gonna work unless I am just after a quick fuck

Im not 100 percent sure but I know I ran tren ace once a few years ago and was low carbing and was really surprised the first half of the cycle... wasn't experiencing any of the sides just was getting increased strength... I decided to up carbs halfway through that cycle and bam first day I carb " loaded" I had insane night sweats for the first time, I woke up 6 lbs lighter and couldn't gain a lb no matter how hard I tried, the second half of the cycle I cut short because the night sweats were so intense that the gf wouldn't even sleep beside me.. Tren is originally designed to help cattle improve feed efficiency right?? Grains are carbs it does make some sense.

blood sugar. certain carbs will actually tank your blood sugar .. for example i ate a small pizza on tren one time and i almost passed out from low blood sugar.. i quickly got some glucose tabs in me and bam i was fine.

get a blood sugar montior and play with it during tren and you will learn a lot about how your body deals with certain carbs.. not all carbs automatically raise blood sugar, some actually drop it.

something like apple juice, glucose tabs for sure will cause a rise.. thats why i tell guys to have those on hand during tren.

Yeah I was much more full defined and dropped fat .. Too bad the night sweats are so brutal .. I was able to sleep much Bette too once I upped carbs

Yeah true enough I have felt that feeling before at work and I had to slam some apple juice ( I had remembered you saying this before) tren is a powerful drug but like anything if you play it on the safe side and are prepared from all angles and are educated the reward can be great.

as i said earlier I am possibly gonna run hex at 200mg a week added to my EQ and I want to see if i can enjoy the benefits without having to obsess over downing apple juice/glucose pills. i do walk my dogs quite a bit everyday and if i forget my glucose pills its hell halfway through the walk.

i'm actually gonna run bloods today to make sure the EQ i am taking is legit, once i know for sure then i am gonna start stacking..

my fear is more that summer is coming up.. i'm already sweating like a pig from the EQ it seems.. cant imagine what will happen on the tren when i workout.. gonna need to double my water intake.. maybe invest in a straw pitcher that i can guzzle down a lot of water at a time

Lol Eq katanadrol and tren in the summer would equal unimaginable sweating!!! I just finished my sarms run and had bloods taken this am to see where I'm at, I pct with sarms before and with the proper supps I have always had good bloods. I may run a low dose test , 400 mg eq and 200 mg tren here soon into the summer if all looks good so keep me updated. As for the eq Steve, what would show up on the blood test to prove the eq is legit? Other than increased RBC how would you be certain equipoise what is altering your hormones... Sorry if it's a dumb question but isn't it expensive to test for a specific Compound rather than just your normal female hormone panel?
 
My guess is that the katana is the culprit for the sweats. I am running TestE/EQ with katana kicker and am sweating much mkre but am only one week in so I doubt the test or eq is causimg it yet.

So to lean out while on tren you suggest eating more carbs less fat and thus actually decreasing kcal intake (indirectly) due to the body unable to storage carbs and thus just burning them?

well if the EQ is legit for sure the RBC's would go up.. I took bloods 3 weeks ago before i started the cycle. so if i see a big jump i know something i'm taking is working, also my LH and FSH would drop as the body is detecting hormones .. I am curious to see what else happens thats why i am doing it. will let you all know what happens ..should get the results monday
 
i ran tren e @ 200mg as part of my cycle every 5th day on a low carb diet n fat dripped off me. gained 10lb body weight n dropped a lot of fat so im guessing i would have gained approx 15-20lb pure muscle in 10 weeks and i didnt have nite sweats or anything but did run caber e3d
