Very interesting video, thanks for sharing.... I've only used tren twice, once with 125mgs/week test and this time with 100mg EOD, I liked it much better with the lower dose of test, personally I feel that the info in the video has held true for me, too much dietary fat will still gain fat but carbs seem to be fine, I eat 80-100% clean depending on my goal so it would be interesting to hear from someone who's shovelled a crazy amount of carbs into their body on a tren cycle... The most I've been able to manage is 350-450g...
Do you think 200 mg of tren is enough.for good.gains?

Interesting theories here. It makes me wonder how tren E will treat me this summer and just how many carbs I can throw at it without gaining bodyfat.
Trenbolone has very strong fat burning properties, it sure can make cardio difficult though!
running EQ vs tren are like night and day when it comes to cardio. seems like on EQ my endurance is never ending.. on tren its shit..

I'm gonna add 200mg a week of tren hex to my current EQ cycle. interested in seeing if the less is better approach pans out.
I think you will be shocked at the gains you will make at "just" 200 mgs of tren a week.

I am amazed how proud people are of their shitty eating habits while taking tren. Especially knowing how bad tren is for you toxicity wise. Is it just more or is eating like shit on cycle assinine?
I'm planning on eating 90% clean as I always do when I run Tren this summer. Other than 3 cheat meals per week on workout days, my diet will be all lean meats, green veggies, and complex carbs. I like to eat pizza, burgers, pasta and shit like that once or twice per week but I can't stand eating dirty most of the time.

if i dont eat clean i cannot function so its a moot point for me. whether or not i am on tren i always eat and drink clean no matter what.
i hate that gut food feeling after eating something from a restaurant, seems like i just poisoned my body and it doesn't go away for like 2 shits.. the chicks that date me always get mad cause i don't want to go out to restaurants unless i know for sure their menu is acceptable .. i much rather cook my own meals personally

Im not 100 percent sure but I know I ran tren ace once a few years ago and was low carbing and was really surprised the first half of the cycle... wasn't experiencing any of the sides just was getting increased strength... I decided to up carbs halfway through that cycle and bam first day I carb " loaded" I had insane night sweats for the first time, I woke up 6 lbs lighter and couldn't gain a lb no matter how hard I tried, the second half of the cycle I cut short because the night sweats were so intense that the gf wouldn't even sleep beside me.. Tren is originally designed to help cattle improve feed efficiency right?? Grains are carbs it does make some sense.

blood sugar. certain carbs will actually tank your blood sugar .. for example i ate a small pizza on tren one time and i almost passed out from low blood sugar.. i quickly got some glucose tabs in me and bam i was fine.
get a blood sugar montior and play with it during tren and you will learn a lot about how your body deals with certain carbs.. not all carbs automatically raise blood sugar, some actually drop it.
something like apple juice, glucose tabs for sure will cause a rise.. thats why i tell guys to have those on hand during tren.
Yeah true enough I have felt that feeling before at work and I had to slam some apple juice ( I had remembered you saying this before) tren is a powerful drug but like anything if you play it on the safe side and are prepared from all angles and are educated the reward can be great.
as i said earlier I am possibly gonna run hex at 200mg a week added to my EQ and I want to see if i can enjoy the benefits without having to obsess over downing apple juice/glucose pills. i do walk my dogs quite a bit everyday and if i forget my glucose pills its hell halfway through the walk.
i'm actually gonna run bloods today to make sure the EQ i am taking is legit, once i know for sure then i am gonna start stacking..
Would love to know how that goes. Part of me wants to add 200mg tren for the secomd half of my eq cycle but the fear of cardio impact is holding me back.

My guess is that the katana is the culprit for the sweats. I am running TestE/EQ with katana kicker and am sweating much mkre but am only one week in so I doubt the test or eq is causimg it yet.

Lol Eq katanadrol and tren in the summer would equal unimaginable sweating!!! I just finished my sarms run and had bloods taken this am to see where I'm at, I pct with sarms before and with the proper supps I have always had good bloods. I may run a low dose test , 400 mg eq and 200 mg tren here soon into the summer if all looks good so keep me updated. As for the eq Steve, what would show up on the blood test to prove the eq is legit? Other than increased RBC how would you be certain equipoise what is altering your hormones... Sorry if it's a dumb question but isn't it expensive to test for a specific Compound rather than just your normal female hormone panel?
