Honestly you are pretty light weight for your height and going onto gear working out every now and then is pointless. You should really invest into good food and some supplementation. Get your training going regularly and your natural weight up a bit before you even touch anything IMO. I know not the answer you wanted but I think its the best way. Also tren is some harsh stuff and not something to just try with on and off again training. Requires a good knowledge base a bunch of ancillaries and the list goes on.
I'm thinking of doing Tren by itself. Is this a good idea?
