Tren/winny Log

Can that be avoided by avoiding pinning quads.. or can it happen anytime?

As far as I know it's easier to. 'Catch the cough' through the quads. I pin quads/delts. From my understanding the cough generates from when some of the hormone enters the blood stream.

Yes! First few times it hurt to move my leg or raise my shoulder. But two weeks in its just a bit sore for about 12 hours
 
Today was not my day! I had a 24 hour shift so my diet is all off dehydrated and tired as hell. All considered I had an impressive workout.

How come you dropped your winny bro? I been takin it for about a week (transdermal)

I dropped the winny because the transdermal test has been proven to be ineffective on short runs. I know that's test and I have winny but with such a new product is rather not risk the gains. I haven't noticed anything winny related anyways.
 
Today was chest, got bad news then good news and more bad news. So last night I decided to up prami to .5 e3d. MISTAKE!!!! Woke up drenched in sweat and puked 4 times within the hour. Still tried to keep diet in check although only been through about a gallon of water. The good news is strength is through the fkn roof!! Details below. More bad news, since I jumped straight into heavy, my tendons are terribly inflamed. I'm gonna hit legs only tomorrow and take sat/sun off to let tendons heal a bit. Hopefully I didn't do to much damage.

Yea I know your suppose to consume a fair amount of complex carbs 30-45min before bed when taking prami (no carbs is what causes the nausea) I forgot to do that when I went to bed at 8, woke up at 1000 when the gf got home and we did our thing then I remembered to take it. Lesson learned! And going back down to .25eod since I had no issues whatsoever at that dose.
 
Tendons are inflamed! So bad that it really effected my workout today. Tomorrow just legs, no shoulders.

Be careful man.. I got forearm tendonitis last summer when I was running winny.. had to take 6weeks out of lifting before I could do anything.. the week I got it I couldn't even brush my teeth with that arm the pain was so bad..

why would you drop the winny?
and the transdermal test was proven to be effective by needto himself. blood tests don't tell the whole story. in fact im fairly sure you have winstrol there, thats why your joints started hurting. because they got extra estrogen in them that wasnt there when you were taking the winny.

if you don't believe me, take double your winstrol dosage. makes no sense why you would stop taking it, it isn't doing you any harm......
 
Weekly update, strength through the roof, joint pain from hell and currently taking necessary precautions. I'm up to 183 despite eating lower than maintenance. I'm changing my split from doing a 3 day split back to back to working a 3 day split one day off and keep it like that. My joints are hating the extra stress of serious weight. Still loving this cycle and seeing changes daily.

Not sure, I had been doing moderate weight high rep in order to cut and tone but the tren is working better for me as a lean bulk so I went to heavy weight moderate reps and almost instantly got the joint pain.
 
i went through those forearm splints myself and it sucked. hopefully they will go away with time. i blamed it on the fact i would use gloves to lift, when i stopped using the gloves it took a little time but they went away.

my best advice is if it hurts don't do it. also the extra strength increase you are experiencing is not gonna help matters. it might be time to back way off on heavy lifting for a while until things catch up.
 
How about increasing volume instead of weight.. Im still a novice to the iron game but this is what I would do.. how many weeks have you left?

Man I went one week going heavy to, guess I jumped to heavy to fast! I have about 3 weeks left. I def don't want to loose what I already earned! I'm still seeing noticeable gains daily!
 
what you are going through is what many runners go through with shin splints.. you have 'forearm splints'

2 things can happen

1. you can keep pounding away and they will go away on their own
2. you can keep pounding away and they will get way worse.

i chose option 2 when i was an endurance runner and STILL to this day my shins hurt when i run. crazy huh?
a lot of runners back then told me to just keep running and they would go away, with some guys they do.. but with me wasn't happening.

so be careful you don't want this problem to become chronic.
 
Joint pain galore. Explosive strength has come with explosive joints!!!)l so bad that I have to hold on to the bar for a second so my hands will free up!! Guess I'm going back to lightweight sadly. I was loving the strength but my joints can't take it!

the dumb approach which i see a lot of fools doing is taking painkillers and joint drugs to kill the pain and then going in there and throwing heavy weights around like a gorilla..

as tempting as it is i've said this a million times you never want to increase strength in a short period of time.. its a cliche but it actually has plenty of science backing it in that your muscles grow faster than your tendons and ligaments. so let them catch up. once you are off cycle and your strenght comes back down to earth thats when they will start catching up faster.. another good reason to come off juice
 
Noted! I'm going to see about hitting a nice medium between my light weight high rep/ heavy weight low rep. Try and hit moderate weight moderate rep and see what happens. I've made to good of gains to fuck myself up and loose everything!!
 
Legs and shoulders today, tendons/joints feel a little better throughout the workout. Normally I do legs then shoulders but today I hit shoulders first so by the time I felt pain I'd he close to hitting legs. Plan worked great!

Tren blows my mind! Just got the myfitnesspal app just because I was curious. I'm only consuming 2576 calories a day, and I still gained 10lbs in 3.5 weeks! Mind blowing. I'm going to up a few things and try to reach 3000/day. Would be ecstatic to hit 190 by end of cycle! I'm just astonished by the weight gain while eating so few calories!

Hey brother , I really experienced this bad on winny last time I gave it a go, TB500 worked wonders for me! What kind of pct do you have planned? Throw some ostarine in there and it also helps alot. One other thing people don't realize, extra Virgin coconut oil... Buy a tub of that ,
Take a tablespoon an hour before the gym with whatever pre workout snack you have, it's great on the joints. Maybe even take another tablespoon later In the day, coconut oil is also great for energy as it bypasses the gallbladder I believe and is broken down and metabolized for energy which is unique, great for folks with gall bladder issues and troubles digesting fats. Ok sorry I'm rambling . Coconut oil did help me alot while I was 5x5 training

seriously i bet you are getting better gains WITHOUT the test. because you are letting your diet and training dictate your gains and the 1 compound is the icing on the cake. instead of throwing test, tren and a bunch of other shit

i also think because you already had your diet/training on point with a base that made things way easier .. frankly i'm not surprised by your gains.

Didn't you get the memo Steve ? Tren without test equals no energy, libido, and mediocre gains :P ! Just playin I think if you want great gains keep the compounds simple and doses reasonable! Not to mention the dry gains without test are incredible , no matter what anyone says some people will hold more water with test regardless of using an AI . I am currently experimenting with helladrol and using dspark and hcg beside it and have never had such a powerful dry looking physique , sure test is great and makes you feel great, but isn't always necessary.

I've done plenty of research not just here but on other established sites and the amount of misinformation is simply staggering.. tren only cycles a hugely frowned upon and you can see why when people running it have no clue what's going on.. majority don't use caber/prami, take an ai when its not needed, and then try to recover with a hcg, nolva ,Clomid pct.. this is why I keep coming back to this site.. there is a bit more knowledge and the brothers and sisters post science rather than sprouting nonsense like your dick will cease to function etc.. and we have excellent logs like this that proved, when done correctly tren only can be a great cycle with great results

I agree 100%. My elbows and shoulders are screwed and I am only 28. Over training, going too heavy too fast jacked me up. And this is before I ever used aas... Add juice into picture with easy strength gains your bound to really jack your self up.
Luckily ive learned to listen to my body and how to pace myself. I am almost fully recovered from my last injury. shoot to add a small amounts of weight every few weeks not every workout.
 
Yep my body was trying to tell me what did I do ignore it and rip goes the shoulder just that easy I will never be able to bench press again
 
Believe me I hear you loud and clear. The weight I was pushing is nothing excessive for me, yesterday (back/bis) i didn't increase any weight. I can push that off cycle which is what I planned on doing. With the strength increase lately I could have done the rows with another plate on each side. Pain didnt set in until I got to BIs which I obviously went very light and easy. Normally I do 4 sets of everything but I'm keeping it at 3 sets and going with weight I can push naturally.
 
Weekly update; strength came on fast but sadly I can't take full advantage of it because my joints and tendons. I did follow advice and grabbed some coconut oil and will be using that accordingly. What I'm going to do is still run moderately heavy but instead of 4 sets an exercise ill stick to only three, depending on how my body responds is how I will asses more weight, more reps, more sets and vice versa. Ill be focusing ALOT on perfecting my form even though its already pretty damn good. I'm going to try to get comfortable with the weight that I would consider heavy while naturally that way when I come off ill hopefully maintain the strength I currently have. I highly doubt ill go up in anything anymore besides legs if possible, and maybe try to slowly increase my deadlift maybe 5lbs more a week (10 at extreme most) recovery on the ligaments has improved greatly since loading up on glucosamine and chondroitin as well as taking it 'easy' in the gym. I use that term loosely because I still keep it pretty intense. Ill also up the cardio to about 30 min daily and attempt to burn 350-409cal a session which shouldn't be to bad. I'm still sitting at 181 and completely comfortable with my size. Although wouldnt complain if I got a little bigger. I would have to eat another 500+ cal a day to hit 190 in 4 weeks but I just don't know where to fit that in at! All doses are staying current. This now marks 4 weeks in to the cycle. Originally I had planned for 6 weeks but I'm just going to run until I'm out, or 8 weeks max, whichever comes first. Still loving this cycle. It seems like no matter what I eat it goes straight to muscle mass. Diet has changed to much and I add things here and there just to enjoy some kind of taste every few days. Cheat meals are still in place, 2/3 a week but usually consist of something high in protein and carbs. The pinning everyday is starting to get old and considering the sides I have a negligible and extremely bearable I think I'll run Tren E next time to avoid being a pic vision. Yesterday was shoulders and legs. Intensity was up but I was conscious not to over work my muscles for obvious reasons.

So I went ahead and blasted shoulders today. Started feeling better throughout the day. Thanks to the Marines I did my cardio pre workout. I had to do a fitness test and I'm proud to say that even with the huge increase in mass (25lbs since last test) I still made my 3 mile run around the same time as last test (25.25) arms felt pretty good as far as the soreness, definitely still there but getting better everyday.

Hey guys, sorry I kinda fell off the earth, personal issues. Anyways I'm about 4 weeks into PCT. I got up to 187 (started at 173) and now I'm currently at 172. Good news is, every bit of muscle mass stayed, it seemed like as doin as I started PCT the fat just slid off. Very happy with the results. Strength is about the same as pre cycle but form has drastically improved.
