Im ready to lose 45lbs on a keto diet that i have. cardio 2X a day. 45 min in the morning and 45 min after afternoon workout. 37.5mg of tren and 100mg of winny e/d for 7 weeks. My diet will be perfect and cardio consistant. I have to because i feel lazy, fat and depressed because i allowed myself to get too big. I didn't get test because i bloat on it. I will post my progress every month as i get down to 200lbs. Pray that i make it because this could be life changing for me.
