Im 32yrs old 6'1" and weigh 290lbs bf 19.2. Getting ready to start my cycle of tren & winnie. Need some advice from some brothers that have taken it before and how u taken it?

^^^ Yep you just are not going to get the expected results unless you drop some body fat. Good luck.

I'd say if u got around 14% or maybe 13% you would really see a big change. the lower your bf% is, the more profound results you'll get

Egg whites,chicken,steak,protein powder. Oatmeal,red potatoes, green beans, asparagus,broccoli. Sunday is a free day, make homemade pizza on this day.

Training is hard and heavy bro. I have a bunch of strongman comps coming up so im training a lot of events. But i usually do one bodypart a day and take every set to failure. Bench: 500lbs, Squat: 630lbs, And i do deads from the 3rd peg got 965 last week. All lifts are raw
 
I don't see any point in doing winny or primo if your body fat is over 12%. You're too fat to see the benefit of them and cheaper drugs will be just as effective.

partially true bro. i have run winny at roughly 15% bf and i got hard as hell and vascular. BUT, i do wish my body fat was lower because the results would have been better....so basically now i am trying to get my bf% down so i can run it this spring lol

You might wanna PM bblazer, he's a powerlifter. He'll prob be able to point you in the right direction..
