Deca- gaining weight
Tren- maintaining while on deficit, or losing weight...
I prefer deca over NPP personally... I have attempted npp twice and to me I do not respond well to it... I get better gains from 750eq... deca, I get mass, NPP I get bloat.... three different labs as well...

If you are trying to gain weight and want my honest opinion considering you are young and still fresh to juice, keep it simple and understand gaining 25lbs of lean muscle while not gaining any fat at all in one cycle is not easily done... realistically, that is a couple cycles, not saying it can not be done, but without incorporating several other factors and keeping it basic as you are only 20years old, I don't see you gaining 25lbs of lean muscle in one cycle... I would run a higher test dose with eq, or an oral like dbol...
Keep your diet as clean as possible and you should net great keepable results....
Test E- 750-1000 mg 12 weeks
Eq- 600-750mg 10 weeks
Or
Test E- 750-1000 mg 12 weeks
Dbol- 30-50 mg per day 4-5 weeks
Or
Test E- 750-1000 mg 16weeks
Deca- 500 mg 12 weeks
Tren when you are trying to stay super lean and make gains... but I feel is more suited for contest prep or calorie deficit. (although I love Tren regardless of gaining or losing

I would recommend an AI like exemestaine or anastrozole and always keep letro and caber for just in case.... pct, if you get off, you should know what to do to get your body recovered properly... Clomid, HCG, OTC pct in a bottle, blood work, etc....
But remember bro, it's not a sprint, is a marathon.... great physiques regardless of genetics take time to mature and intense training for several years... you are a young guy, so continue to train hard and I'm sure you will meet all your goals with ease... lmk if I can help you man or if you have any questions....
