TREN + TEST + T3 + CLEN CYCLE please critique

Age 24 110kgs 18-20%
This is my proposed cutting cycle

Please critique

Caloric maintenance throughout w/ 300+ gr protein/day
3 Litres water p/day
Milk thistle throughout plus normal fish oil and multi vits
and glucosamine

30min cardio on empty stomach 5 days a week
normal 1.5hr 5 - 6 day lifting and cardio cool down

Tren ace 75mg eod week 1 - 10
Test e 500mg week 1 -12
Arimidex - .25 mg every 3 days
Cabergoline - .25mg twice week
HCG - 400iu week 1 - 12
Taurine supplemented

1days 40mcg Clenbuterol, T3 25mcg
2-3days 60mcg Clenbuterol, T3 25mcg
4-5days 80mcg Clenbuterol, T3 50mcg
5-7days 100mcg Clenbuterol, T3 50mcg
8-9days 120mcg Clenbuterol, T3 50mcg
10-11 days 100mcg clenbuterl, T3 50mcg
12-13 days 80mcg Clenbuterol, T3 50mcg
14-15 60mcg Clenbuterol, T3 50mcg
16days 40mcg Clenbuterol, T3 50mcg -
2week pause for Clenbuterol

if anyone can show me a better way to cycle the clen/t3 please explain!

Nolvadex 10 mg day for 4 weeks
 
Thats a kick ass cycle, why are you ramping down though w/ the clen? I usually do the 2 wks on/off and build up to how my body can handle it and stick w/ that dose
 
Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-10: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 11-13: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 14-17: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 18-21: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 22-25: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)

Clenbuterol CYCLE:
30ml @ 200mcg/ml of LiquiClen = 6000mcg/ per bottle

Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg

2 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF CYCLE = 640mcg = 1 Bottle will last 9.3 cycles

30ml @ 50mcg/ml of LiquiT3 = 1500mcg/ per bottle

Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-10: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 11-13: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 14-17: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 18-21: 125mcg (split into 5 doses, 3 hrs in between)
Day 22-25: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 26-29: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 30-33: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 34-37: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in between)
Day 38-45: 12.5mcg(one dose in the AM)

45 DAY CYCLE = 2525mcg = 2 Bottles needed

Try not to take it to close to you workouts due to the "cramping" effect Clenbuterol has and also dont take it to late either or you wont sleep.Do not take Clenbuterol Past 4pm

Taurine MUST be used with Clenbuterol at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle cramps. It's a must with Clenbuterol. And also 1000mg of Potassium gluconate.

Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
your breathing and completely ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.
If the taste is too strong for you try mixing it with Lemon juice.

AND drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.
 
No need for T4. T3 is fine. youre pushing it a bit on the tren, i think 8 weeks is plenty for tren ace, 10-12 weeks for tren enanthate. Use clomid for pct instead of nolva. nolvadex and tren are bad news. nolvadex binds to progesterone receptors, which may cause lumps under nipples/gyno. i think you should switch out the arimidex for aromasin or letro. they are both better choices for an AI.

Clenbuterol: No need to increase the dose that quick, trust me. more clen does not mean more fat loss. start at 40 for a week, 60, for a week, 80 for a week, 100for a week. i dont see a point in tapering down the clen dose. no need to split dose, take it in the morning so you can sleep at night.

T3: 25mcg is a low dose, but 50mcg is ALOT, i know people who go up to 100mcg, but i just dont think thats necessary. T3 burns fat and MUSCLE, there is no way around it. start at 25mcg for a week, then go to 50mcg and stay there for a few weeks, then go to 25mcg. that whole taper up and down thing with T3 is a myth. i have gone to 100mcg and just stopped and got nothing. that "frank zane" thing was BS, i looked into it. it has never been proved. if you are taking more then 25mcg, split the dose. 25mcg am, 25mcg pm.

why do you say to only go for 8 weeks with the tren ace, is there more of a chance of sides or.....?

would you suggest i do not go up to 50mcg of t3, if so how much would you recommend?
 
Don't taper down the clen. You can go higher than 120...but I'd listen to my body and watch my bloodpressure. Don't go up too fast either. Just make sure you are ok.

The tren dosage looks good. You can go 10 weeks, though 8 weeks is widely accepted.

Between the diet and morning cardio and tren, fat loss should be intense and very noticeable every single day. The clen+T3 aren't even necessary, but it will sure speed up the process. You should be completely shredded from this cycle.
 
You shouldn't burn any muscle on a cycle like this. Though genetics play a role.

I'm on the last few days of Tren. I actually increased my cals (both protein, fats, and carbs) quite a bit and found that I keep putting on size but staying the same bodyfat or even getting leaner. Trenbolone is incredible.
