Tren n sust...Next cycle

Just sorting my hairloss stuff out then ready to start this, tell me what you think.

tren 75mg\d weeks 1-5
sustanon 750mg\w weeks 1-10
arimidex 1mg eod
nolva on hand
post clomid as usual post cycle

Havnt decided 100% on diet yet but current bf is around 10-12% so,

weeks 1-2 cut, my maintainance cals are around 4000 so im shooting for 2500-3000 per day.

week 3, stay at maintainance cals if last week went ok and hopefully gain some lbm if i react ok to this stuff.

weeks 4-5, bulk

If im not bloating too much from the test i may also throw in some dbol @ 35mgs\d during the bulking phase.

any opinions greatly appreciated.
 
Why are you cutting then bulking? Doesn't make sense but maybe it's me.....I would pick one or the other, cut or bulk, and stick to that for the whole cycle....

So i can take advantage of the fat burning propertys of the tren, it seems most gain lbm while loosing fat on a maintainance diet while on tren so it all depends how i react to it.

I made the mistake on my last cycle of increasing calories too soon before the blood concentrations were high enough to make gains hence i gained fat, but if i cut for the first 2 weeks the blood concentrations will be high enough to be anti catabolic with a calorie restricted diet right?

I'll say it again for ya bro......bulk or cut, not a combo of both. It doesn't work that way.

I wouldn't say that. Although it usually is done the other wy around...Bulk for the first part of the cycle then add in the tren and some winny for the last 4-6 weeks to cut back some fat and harden up. If you cut first you'll just regain the fat in the bulk stage...seems like a waste of effort to me.

You're probably better off bulking then cutting, but then who knows. it's always an experiment. Maybe maintainance calories wk 1-3, bulk 4-7, cut 8-10?

Pick one. Just bulk now and do a cutting cycle before the summer to lean down.
 
Me and Tren are parting ways after this cycle. The pumps is what did it for me I am on a cutting cycle but cant run :confused: WTF kind of BS is that. After 5 minutes my calves hurt so bad that I have to sit down, then lay on the floor and message my legs for about 10 minutes. Working out my back sucks dick too, because it kills my forearms, and I am seeing the benefits from it also, but they are far from the sides. I will just up the EQ next time, and run winny almost straight then hit clen and maybe T3.

I did that one cycle. Bulked the first 5 weeks then cut the remaining 4 weeks. There's nothing wrong with doing it. 2 reasons why I did:

1. I did not want to run two cycles close together (one bulk, one cut) so I made it into one cycle to be safer, cheaper, & shorter recovery time.

2. I bulked to gain quite a few pounds, then I cut because the gear would protect against any/all cardio (catabolic) activity I performed while getting cut.

It all depends on goals & preferences. I agree with above posts though, if you're going to combine the two, bulk first then cut.
