Tren insulin sensitivity

Im on tren e at the moment .. I get this very weird feeling from time to time ..I dont know what it is but i suddenly , out of no where get shaky, light headed and hungry .. The hunger isnt even the normal kind of hunger.. Its like a really bad urge to eat carbs .. Yes, carbs not food. I dont want to eat chicken when it happens .. I want to eat carbs like ice creams , cookies , sugar etc. when im done eating the food the feeling slowly starts to subside... Ive been hearing about how tren increases insulin sensitivity in the muscles.. Could this be the reason to why all this is happening? Is there any way i can work around things and manage to do a cutting phase on tren because i intend to use it for my cutting phase, this stuff is amazing it keeps my muscles really full , vascular and its amazingly anabolic and androgenic which would make it perfect for cutting

These are issues that many face that are insulin sensitive when using Tren. If not careful, blood sugar can drop without enough carbs, and this is likely where your problem is coming from. Ingest plenty of slow complex carbs that will fuel your glycogen stores all day long, and expiriment with different carb loads to figure out what works best for you. Many people like myself don't have those issues with Tren, and I'm fine with lower carb amounts, but everyone is different. Listen to your own body. There is no one size fits all answer for everyone with Tren

you just got some really good advice from steve and rick... follow it...

if you can't control yourself on tren with your eating, then i think you can answer your own question about it's use... you clearly should not be using it... there are other ways to recomp bro... much safer ways as well... i can set you up a big recomp cycle that will extremely effective and you won't have to worry about dealing with any of this... just let me know and i'll send you the set up...

my theory is the more you run tren and abuse it, the more this will occur.

but its just a theory of mine.. so because you do not have this issue with tren now, doesn't mean after using it a few cycles it won't occur.. of course that also could come with getting older as well and genetics

Thanks alot for your responses . Thats great advice , i shall carry around glycogen tabs with me just in case and ill try the eating complex carbs instead of simple ones . Pretty much all the carbs i get atm are simple so i think eating complex carbs might actually help alot .

That will definitely help. Simple carbs work fast and are used fast, so complex carbs are a great fuel source for long lasting energy. Give it a try with more sweet potatoes, brown rice, and oats and see how that works for you

That's certainly possible, but my idea of low carb is probably higher than a lot of people anyways. I tolerate carbs very well, and my low carb days are still no lower than 150g, where my higher carb days are closer to 350g. So glycogen levels remain fairly full for me all the time, which probably has a lot to do with it
