Ace is short acting, E is long acting ester. Hex would be in the middle. Hex is what was known as parabolan back in the 80's and early 90's (ah, the good old days). Ace is generally ED or EOD, E maybe twice per week. So every 3 days might be a good plan

Twice a week is fine. Monday and Thursday, for example. If you are doing enough gear to load 3 syringes, then I would do it three times. Mon, Wed, Fri, for example.

I've run Hex MANY times. I shoot mon and thurs. Works perfectly!!
