Tren Gyno - YAY! (Help)

Silent Method

New member
I finished up a cycle several weeks ago. I had started with test and d-bol and planned to fade into tren (from an independant lab) for six weeks.

After the first three weeks I decided to end it. My right nipple became very sensitive and puffy.

I believed the scientific "truth" about tren, that it will only cause puffy, swollen nips, over the anecdotal accounts of full blown gyno - so I didn't worry much. I began taking nolva (I know, not waht you "need" with tren) just as a precaution.

Well, three weeks later, the puffy swelling in the nip has gone down - and began to form a hard lump. At my current bodyfat, it's just big enough to be noticable in comparison to my other nip.

Any advice? May this go away? Is there something else I should be doing?

I would use Femara for a few weeks and hopefully it subsides. Were you using an anti-estrogen during the cycle?

I find it is safe to add 1 mg of Arimidex or 1.25 mg of Femara eod during a cycle to avoid all of this gyno bullshit. Since I have stuck to this protocol, I have not a inkling of nipple irritation whether I am using tren, Deca or any other compound.

Although deca and tren increase progesterone, ultimately it is estrogen that causes gyno. I know that isn't a scientific response and I am not posting a study on rats to prove this, but I live by experience and I can say that... for me.. anti-e's work with Tren and Deca.

As far as i'm aware you can't get gyno simply from progesterone... it needs highish levels of estrogen in order to activate and cause gyno... so i would think an estrogen inhibitor may help... although at this late stage i'm not sure how much it will do.

In general i believe that if you run an estrogen inhibitor with tren you shouldn't have gyno problems because there will not be enough estrogen to activate progesterone induced gyno.

Trust me, I hear you.

All I have access to is nolva, which I will continue to take for a while, while hoping it goes away. I guess I may be fucked. I may look into having it removed...

I had a very similar problem about 5 weeks after my last cycle of tren and test prop. I developed hard lumps in both breasts. I took nolvadex at 40 mg ed for a week or two and then 20 mg ed for about 3 months and both lumps have completely gone away. No need for surgery IMO. Just start hitting the nolva and keep it up for a few months.

Several people here suggested that I take bromo as well so I looked into it.

General information: You probably shouldn't take bromo or cabergolin (dostinex) if you are taking wellbutrin. I discovered recently that wellbutrin is different from most ssri's in that it's major effect is to increase dopamine levels. It does regulate serotonin as well but to a smaller extent. Bromo and other ergo alkyloids are dopamine receptor agonists. Not a good idea to mix the two IMO.

If no dostinex and Bromo are used, then you could try out Letrozole (femara) and see if that helps any (Yes, I know that it is not used for progestins so nobody flame my ass). Some (small) have reported that they have gotten reduced prolactin swelling using Letrozole...it's very powerful stuff.

Then, there is always B6, vitex, and nettles (although i've never seen anything that supported the use of nettles as Nelson M. has claimed) which "'"may"'" help.

This is very encouraging.
