Tren flu or real flu?

So I'm on week 4 of test e, and week 2 of tren e, and i feel like I'm dying. 48 hours of horrible headaches, throbbing pressure in my forehead, especially when it sneeze, it feels like my brain is gonna explode. All the flu like symptoms, sweating, chills, aching everything, but relatively no fever, got up to 99.1 yesterday but that's it. No side effects at all up til now, could it take this long for tren flu or test flu to hit me? How do I tell if I have a virus or if this is the tren showing me who's boss?

Could be a couple different things....could be dehydration, lack of potassium, etc...

Have you run these compounds before? Is your gear legit?

I ran tren before but without test. I've been on the test for about 4 weeks and on tren for about 2. My gear must be legit cuz my source is very reputable and also my strength and muscle mass have gone trhough the roof. Gained 15 lbs so far, none of it body fat, obviously some water weight, but my bench has gone up 40lbs. I'm also taking arimidex, and these symptoms started about 3 days after that. But i just figured it's the tren or the real flu but i'm trying to figure out if there's any legitimate way to tell.

My last cycle i used Tren for the first time and had "flu like" symptoms. Basically felt lethargic with headaches and overall sick feeling. I'm certain it was from the Tren because i never felt like that from anything. So unless you have had sex with a pig or have Mad Cow disease don't worry it will go away!

I doubt its the TREN since your already 2 weeks in and no problems until now.

Thank you for the replies. I was just thinking that maybe it's my arimidex. I'm gonna stop taking it for a couple weeks cuz this started right when i started the adex. Anyone ever heard of flu like sides from adex. I researched it but I swear every single medicine out there says it can cause flu like symptoms. I just wanted to stay away from Nolva since i'm taking tren, but for a couple weeks I should be ok taking both right?
