Tren cycle

Hi im doing a tren cycle eod for about 2 months and am wondering about how much weight i could gain considering my nutrition and all that other stuff. Im looking to gain a good 10- 15 pounds
 
I would also suggest that you advise what your diet and training is to be during cycle and what your current weight and height are as well as cycle history.

always good to give much information to get better advise
 
my weight is around 180 im about 6 feet tall, ive done a deca cycle for 5 weeks, a sust cycle for 5 weeks, a test e for 6 weeks with dbol 20mg a day for the first 4 weeks. My protein intake is 250 grams a day.

you need to slow down with the AAS use and read and research as much as possible before you start another cycle. If you dont do your research you will end up fucking your endocrine system up for life. First off, have you done PCT with those cycles, or do you know what PCT is? Also, 5 weeks cycle are not worth wasting gear on. Hang around elite fitness for a few months just reading posts and learning from other bros, check out steroid.com and mmsfitness.com to check out all the AAS profiles and make sure you learn and understand proper pct. along with all that, the basics before you even think about AAS, get your diet down completely , not things like "i have good nutrition", you have to find out how many cals you need to grow , maintain, and drop bf if need to. learn what good fats/bad fats and good carbs/ bad carbs are. gluck bro, just read up for a few months.
 
What is your cycle and diet? What did you weigh before you did those other cycles? I don"t know of anyone who has done 3 cycles and still under 200lbs.
 
imma step out of the box and jsut say this guys doesnt know really what the fuck he is doing....bro research a HELL of alot more...because your going to fuck yourself up...RESEARCH!!!
 
Are you doing tren only or are you doing a cycle with tren and other gear.

15 lbs of muscle, in 10 weeks is not unusual, some guys gain 20, depends upon what else you are using.

Diet, Training and sleep are just as important as the gear.



I am only on test right now,


and I went to the gym TWICE today, which is unusal for me, but a total of 4 hours, simply Nailing those weighs, I ate about 4500 calories, clean, and about 300 grams of protein.

Slept 9 hours and took a 1 hour nap, so about 10 total, going to bed soon.
