tren and test

For my first cycle would guys recommend tren and test E or dbol test E. Or Dbol tren test E. heh.Pct Hcg and nolva. May throw in Arimidex for the full cycle

Which one

1. Test E 500mg 1-12
Dbol 30mg 1-4

2. Test E 500mg 1-12
Tren 75mg 7-12

3. Test E 500mg 1-12
Dbol 30mg 1-4
Tren 75mg 7-12
 
If you're wanting to add some quality bulk/mass I would definitely go with the test and dbol cycle(#1). I agree with frontloading the dbol and I would definitely run the arimidex for the whole cycle. Your pct seems right on as far as I can tell. Good luck bro!
 
tren's a hell of a drug (Rick James reference). Stick with #1 for you first cycle to find out how you react to test alone.
 
"Thnx for info ill try numero uno for now with arimidex throughout. Is arimidex illegal to try to purchase in the US without prescription (dumb question probably) also do i need HCG. Is arimidex and HCG expensive?

I would go with number 1:

1. Test E 500mg 1-12
Dbol 30mg 1-4
add .5mgs arimidex ED (can bump to 1mg)
 
IM 25 yrs old weigh 204 about 17% bodyfat ugh. Ive been lifting off and on since i was 16 or 17 yrs old. About 9 months ago i really started hitting it hard again and went from 189 to 204. I finished a one month halodrol cycle (nice oral btw) about 50 days ago which added about 4 lbs lean muscle. My diet is healthy breakfast quick lunch (try to get the Jared subs sometimes my co-workers will wanna hit the chinese buffet though) and a healthy dinner with protein shakes whenever i can get em in. I definitely have hit a plateau where it is very difficult to put on more lean muscle. So i think anabolics may do the trick for me now since i want to put on about 10 to 15 more lbs lean muscle.
 
Can't speak to the cycles, but I'd probably venture that you aren't eating enough right now to get the full effect of a mass building cycle.

Just for kicks you might put your diet into a food counts program like www.fitday.com and see how much you are REALLY eating. My guess you need AT LEAST 3000 cals of good clean stuff - if you go w/ the tren that should allow you to keep lean but you need the extra food to get the full potential w/ or w/o the cycle. At the very least I'd suggest throw in a shake between breakfast & lunch, and another between lunch & dinner and then maybe a fats-based meal (e.g. handful of almonds) at the end of the day just so you aren't going like 12 hrs between the last meal of the day & breakfast. Fats will slow down your digestion over night.

Do 1 for your first cycle
Do 3 for your second cycle
 
I would not use tren in your first cycle, its a really powerful tool you will want to save and use later. Plus you want to see how you react to other things first, so do choice #1 and add arimidex like Mr. X said.
