It usually takes me 2-3 weeks to really start getting all the effects of tren. You will get some better pumps, sweat alot more and a little more agression in the first week or 2 but the real AWSOME effects do not come for 2-3 weeks. Beleive me you will know if its bad, even if its your first time running tren.
IMO i have noticed the best gains doing high reps (12-15) on tren/test! You need to eat when you are hungry which sucks because being on tren you will always be hungry. I am never full, i can eat and still be hungry 30 minutes later. I would say in 2 weeks if you still are not getting anywhere acess your diet. You may need to up your carbs and protein.
Ps: dont kill any small children.
