Tren A Yes or No

Hi. This is my first post on any bodybuilding forum. Keen reader of post from elite fitness forum. I am 31 years old and 6ft 185 lbs 12% BF as of now.

Had been lifting since 8 years. Did 2 to 3 cycles of test only. Didnt got any Wow results due to very poor diet.

Did my learning on how to diet properly and now I am in my best shape ever.

Currently am doing 12 week cycle of Test E 600mg/week and Dbol 30mg ED. I just started week 4 today. Will be my last week of Dbol and then I will continue with Test E for remaining 8 weeks. Got 12 lbs until now. Diet is fully optimized for LBM. Well the Question is should I start Tren A from week 5? 100 mg eod? For 6 weeks. Or should I only continue with Test E?
 
IMO you are getting way too greedy here man.. you are up a lot already. if you have read my posts i am not a fan of putting on that much mass so fast.. it isn't a good thing at all plus not very much of that is actual lean muscle mass.. most of it is going to be fat and water

so put the brakes on bro..
 
no you should not.. tren is not a throw in where you just decide to add it out of nowhere... it should be planned and thought out and i agree with steve, you seem to be getting greedy here...
 
Thanks for replies. Actually Tren was in my Plan from week 5 until end of cycle. I have it already. But gains are coming really good with test e and dbol. So will keep the tren for next cycle. As I am not into any competition so Test only cycle will fulfil my requirement as a bodybuilder. Want to be at 200lbs . 8 to 10% BF.
 
I agree , don't throw it in this cycle. In your own words you haven't ran a full cycle with your diet on point yet. Your making solid progress as is, now that your diet is right. Save the tren brother.
 
12lbs up already? That's gonna be water or you've actually sorted the diet. In which case you wasn't eating properly before. So I'd have not bothered with the cycle cos look at how much you gained on diet alone
