Treilin Food Log

Yeah I think the low-carb thing has come over me. I decided to go buy a house today. I called up this builder went out saw the lot, the house half built, picked out colors, signed papers, and 3 hours later I am done. Will be moving in in June. I'm soooo sporadic. That's why I had to work-out at home.

Yeah you never know what your brain will do. I just called my brother and sister-n-law and they were like, WHAttttt? Nothing really suprises them with me any more. I bought tickets to Europe and left the next day and when I called them they were like where have you been? I was like France. I like flying with the moment. That's why I can't find anyone compatible. No risk takers out there.... I'm not talking like life and death situations either.

O.k. I think I carbed up a bit much yesterday so instead of doing my third carb up day... I'm going to try and do 4 low-carb days.... If I get a little lethargic I'll add a potato in.

I didn't get my arms in yesterday so I did them today...
Shadow what was the supplement you said that was similar to NO2 but much cheaper? Do you mind if I start taking that? I took NO2 today for a test run
( I had some left over) and it made a HUGE difference. It kicked my arm work-out up to a whole nother notch. I normally do 15 pounds on my dumbell alternating curls and I was doing 20 easily. Well my left arm is still dragging behind so I was doing some extra reps trying to get it built up. My left arm looks, and is much weaker then my right arm. Also, I felt the pumps from the NO2 and it felt really good. I felt like tearing someones head off :) I have noticed a huge difference in my arms since I started thsi program. I know I actually took a picture from day one of just my arm flexed I should take one today just to see if you can see what I can see. O.k. I will and I will post them to my gallery.

I tried it - I loved it.



Get L-Arginine...its the main ingred in the NO2 products....it doesnt work as well...but its MUCH cheaper...shoot for 3 grams am and then 3 grams pre-workout.

Actually the days I was low-carbing I was easily managing without the carbs.. I mean I wasn't tempted to eat carbs. Although the third day I could tell my patience was running thin. Then I did the first carb up day and I was fine actually had a hard time trying to eat more food.. Yesterday though I was ravenous. I'm not sure of my totals because I was at my bro's and we went out to eat. So I just need to have my foods under control I guess on my carb up days... As far as if I pre-plan out adding in some cheat carb foods on one of the three days (probably one of the days I do HIIT)... I think it will be more manageable. Having a little difficulty on my school days staying low-carb. We only get like a 15 minute break and I'm not sure what I should eat for that meal?! I normally eat a zone bar because it's easy to grab and I can eat it in that amount of of time. That's my only real issue I have found.

Wow girl! I was checking out your stats for bf and weight and that is awesome!!! Great Job. I started Shadow's plan in Feb and now I can at least know what's in store for me if i stay dedicated the way you have because you look awesome! (gallery) Nice arms!!!! That's my biggest problem on me so I can appreciate some nice and tight arms ;)

Alright kids I'm back.
Rough last few days with the work traveling. No Bally's in Huntsville Alabama, nor did the hotel have a gym! So needless to say I missed two HIIT sessions, ERRrrrrr. So this week I did the two ab work-outs (the superset is killing now!), and all the weights except back which I will do tomorrow, and one HIIT session. I'll do another HIIT session tomorrow.
Food has been so-so. Yesterday and today I've been low-carbing it. The two previous days on my high carb days were 'Real' high carb days.
Another road bump I think I finally have made it over is worrying about one crazy day of eating will screw up everything. I have found after a crazy day of eating I get right back to work and within a few days I'm back to where I was. Most people seem to say ,"screw it... I'm a failure." I really like the new and improved rewiring that has gone on in my head thanks to this website and Shadow!
I also got some compliments from some people that had seen me in Jan, and then saw me this week. They said that I was looking trim, and what was I doing different? It was good to hear.

I know what you mean by MAJOR project! That's what I have been working on this past week. Big stress thing and it's close to being over. All I have to do is put together a brief and summarize all the results from the study I put togetehr, and held. I had 50 hours in by wed. and I have school all day tomorrow. I'm working the exercise in though despite the intense outside factors!
Today I did shoulders... I just can't seem to up weight on the side lats. My shoulder joints pop and kinda ache so I keep the weight low. What do you think?

I can totally relate to what you just said about crazy eating screwing up everything... still trying to make it over this 'bump' from the 3 ish days of not eating what I 'thought' was healthy or too much at one sitting :chomp:... I'll get over it.

How's the glucorell working out for you? I ordered some and it should be here today or tomorrow. You look awesome in your pics but I know a lot of that is your hard training and diet! I didn't want to take away credit from that!!!!

Yes... It's been a few days...
I took my body fat this morning it said 15.9%, weight was 140.. I think some of it is even water.
So I took some pics and uploaded them to my gallery if you care to view.
I did high carbs for 3 days... then a low-carb day yesterday, and a low carb day today...and tomorrow. I will also do HIIT tomorrow morning. Boy I didn't feel like it this a.m. Also, I feel a lot less crusty yesterday and today. For those of you who know.. I thought you lost "That time of the month" when you are 14% Body fat or lower? I was very crusty, but nothing....?? Any comments.

I'll see if I can get my sister-n-law to take some pics of me this weekend. I'll also do my measurements again. I really didn't think I dropped any body fat till I did my calipers this a.m.
Ohhh and the work-outs have been great! I take that NO2 stuff on leg days and yesterday when I combined my shoulder and back day, with the hard ball ab routine. I REALLY like that NO2! I was doing the leg press and I actually felt the blood gushing into my quads. It got really hot! I also started taking the melatonin and noticed with the trex it's great. It really helps calm you down before bed. I had been getting really bad sleep, and that helped me out! Since your main growth period is when you hit the REM sleep which you only do once every 4 hours. I knew I needed to do something.
So feeling great as usual thanks to Shadow's routine!

My accomplishment for today!!! I can no longer wear a size 2, and I am happy... you know why???? This is the first time in my life I can say that I can't wear a size because my butt is to big :) It used to be because it was tight around my waist! So My size 4 pants fit my butt perfectly, and are to big around my waist, Yippeeee!

Well today SUCKED.
I have a bad cold that I just took the day off. I tried to monitor food as best as I could, but I accomplished no exercise. I managed a hour nap between work and school. My leg and ab work-out last night I really dug down deep to do and finish. I couldn't go to heavy on the squats or hacks because I was feeling weak. I figured I would take a rest day and see how I feel in the morning...
I had the best 2 compliments today. One a girl from school was telling me how she wanted her arms to look like mine! Secondly from a doctor who is also in school with me. He wrote me a lengthy letter telling me how I'm the first person he has ever met that is 3 things that are hard to find in a person. Number 1 A true kindered Spirit, #2 Someone who is intellectually stimulating, and lastly someone who has achieved a balance between body-mind and spirit. He told me that I was the first person in his life that he has ever met that posses all those qualities and exuded them.
I must say I'm shocked. I know I have come a long way over the past few years getting my mind switched around.... but I really do owe some of that credit to Shadow and this site. Really you all have made a huge difference in my life and I really am greatful for that! I really wish I had more time to get on here and chit-chat like I did when I first started, but that doesn't mean I don't think about you all throughout the day when I'm not on here. A big hug and thanks.

I was waiting on the 20lb dumbells (every guy seemed to be using them), and he was putting some weight down and I didn't look up I just said how much weight are those? He said 50's I said ,"ohhh nope not there yet!" and then I looked up and the angels sang "Ahhhhhh".... He just started laughing and put them down. I dunno.... slowly working towards conversation :) He was working on the bench right next to me I soon discovered and didn't even notice till then... What is my deal?? I know... I have no time in my schedule for men.... Then again I might adjust it for that one.. LMAO

I actually saw a lady that looks like she does competitions. The first time I ever saw her in there before. I was going to talk to her but didn't want to mess her routine up. Her arms and the rest of her were huge. She was only like 5'3" or so. I kept watching what she was doing. How ironic I'm staring at her in the mirror and he was standing behind her and I think he thought I was staring at him until he saw me staring at her. My friend said tonight,"You are attractive you know you could have him." I'm like,"It's not that I know.... I guess I still feel the tradition of a man approaching me coming into swing here." I have approached Every guy I've ever dated. I'm sick of being intimidating. I just want him to come talk to me....Once just once I would like a guy to ask me out on a date for a change. NAh... if the timing is right and it doesn't seem like I'm forcing conversation I'll talk with him. He leaves enough space between reps I could get a few sentences in...Muhhahhaaaa in time.

I weighed myself it said 136.6..... Was not happy to see that number, then double whammy BF 16.3%. So I dropped weight and went up a tad on BF. Does being sick eat away your muscle? I tried getting on the treadmill this a.m. and was feeling really nauseous. I uploaded pics to the gallery. I can see the difference on the side shot from this and last week. Meaning this week I think I look a tad more 'plump'.

Well I may some day in the future... Just trying to figure out how my body reacts to different foods, and conditions now... I was 15.9% BF a week ago at 140 then I got sick, I didn't do any cardio, did all my weight sessions, and lost 3.5 pounds, and gained .4% BF. I'm wondering if it wasn't the trex that made me nauseous this a.m..... The only reason I say that is because I was fine until I took 1 trex before I was about to jump on the treadmill. I took NO2 today and had a great chest work-out this afternoon.
I know I'm just being anal... but I want to know why my body does what it does that's all... Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing before?

I bet its a combo of lowered cals and maybe an increase in cardio
