I've been hitting my traps with shoulders since I've been working out and I've noticed some gains but nothing like I expect with the size of my lats and back.. I do plenty up shrugs w/ dumbells and striaght bar, also do upright rows too.. Jus wondering what ya'll thought would be best.. They need to be bigger!!
