When you look from my front, my traps are tall as hell and really stickup, and can sure as hell notice when i wear a shirt...
When you look from behind i can barely see them, only when i flex. How can i get those things to get thicker? I was told to do seated shrugs on an incline for thickness. I never tried them but i heard they work well.
