Traps: thickness n height

When you look from my front, my traps are tall as hell and really stickup, and can sure as hell notice when i wear a shirt...

When you look from behind i can barely see them, only when i flex. How can i get those things to get thicker? I was told to do seated shrugs on an incline for thickness. I never tried them but i heard they work well.
 
snatches, snatch grip deadlifts+shrug at top, oly pulls and CCJ shrug rows :)

military press lockout holds as well

I'll try and explain them:

Lay face down on an incline bench, hang your hands over the sides with a DB in each hand and arms straight. Shrug your shoulders straight up.

Power Shrugs and more power shrugs....lol

deadlifting obviously....and everything ccj mentioned....im not sure about the bent over shrugs he has named after himself...lmao....I am going to start calling them that and see how long until people catch on and start doing CCJ shrugs...lol
 
Ive been picking from power shrugs,snatch grip shrugs,clean grip shrugs,curl grip shrugs(figured it couldnt hurt..might help with the tire flip which I suck at)along with different types of cleans and stress from deadlift holds
 
all strongman events seem to bomb them....... but if you dont have any of those available. do deadlift holds for time. they will murder your traps...........in a good way of course.
