For those of you who took time to give me advice on my initial thread:
www.elitefitness.com/forum/steroids...ns-transgendered-male-562040.html#post7574929
here is an update of my progress.
Well not everything went as planned (when does it ever!) as just before I was due to start my T cycle I got a very bad injury which has prevented me from doing any lower body stuff including deadlifts. I don't really want to go into too much detail here in case anyone from my gym uses this site and I 'out' myself!
Anyway, I had to decide what to do as I knew I would not be able to train properly for a long time. So after thinking and reading some more, I decided to up my T from 100ml (every 10 days) to 300ml for a 10 week period. I hit my body with lots of basic presses and rows and kept the intensity high with short rest periods between sets. I increased my food a little but ate clean as due to my injury I was not able to do any cardio.
I have just finished the cycle and have gone from 168lb to 182lb. I am pleased with the weight/muscle gain, esp as I know I have actually lost leg mass during this time and therefore I know that the weight is all upperbody gains. I am currently smooth though and know I will look better cut.
I would like to get to 190lb and then cut off the fat to get my abs back, but I feel that I should drop my T back down for a while to see if I can maintain my gains on my original dose as I can't take high levels of T forever lol!
I have attached a phone pic of me at 182lbs, not the best shot but just to give you an idea. Bare in mind I am only 5' 5'' so look fairly stocky now.

Any thoughts or constructive criticism greatfully received, but like has been said before if you don't like the thread then don't click on it cos I won't waste my time replying to abuse.
Happy New Year!
