Trans-Alanyl-Glutamine

I bought Trans-Alanyl-Glutamine (TAG) by metabolic nutrition..

Anyone know if its really better than standard glutamine??

I don't know thos supp

but I have never read any study on Trans-Alanyl-Glutamine
so I would stick with regular L-Glutamine or L-Glutamine peptides
