I had mine way before it was trendy. And I got mine for my own reasons and it means so much to me in terms of a lot of stuff that was going on at that time in my life. I'm not as keen on my dragonfly but not much I can do now. I've gotten it redone quite a few times. Most people never see them.
When I see a chick that gets a single tattoo in order to "be cool" then I consider her to be a weak minded individual that can't think for herself. Same goes with guys.
I love how you label someone with a lower back tattoo a "hoe." Your broad generalizations show how incapable you are of intelligent thought and that you base your opinions on what you are told to think.
I have my on my lower back I didn't pick that location because it was cool. I picked it because it was the most discreet area to put it in. People only see it when I am in a bikini and maybe get a peak when I have low rise pants on. I got my tat designed for me by a friend I didn’t pick some random image to slap on my skin for life. I love my tat and have never once regretted getting it. I did it for myself and no one else.
The reason I got my first one on my low back is because I wanted it out of the way. Despite the fact that I didn't live at home anymore, I also knew my parents would be horrified and wanted a tattoo that wouldn't show in a 2 piece when I was in their pool.
I also didn't want one that you could see in any kind of professional wear. I wouldn't feel professional in a business suit with a giant unicorn on my leg or something. lol
