relating to meals and training..........Ok, I get asked this often, and to be honest, not sure how to respond....do you guys alter your carbs on days you don't train (or maybe just do cardio)? Meaning, if you usually have a yam or sweet pot. w/ chicken etc. for your 3rd meal, would you switch it for a low carb wrap and some efas? This is for those who eat moderate carbs, trying to put on lean mass..........
 
I would personally just eat high GI carbs and add a lot of protein on the days I am resting cause you need the protein to build muscle. Versus on days I work out I would eat more carbs before my workout than on off day and then add tons of proein later on after the workout.
 
I think he meant he consumes more carbs prior to working out, with not as much emphasis on carbs on off days, while protein intake stays consistent.

I think you already know how I eat!! Ill eat more on off days sometimes, simply because I have more time to eat. Although when Im at the gym I get in that extra protein shake that I might not eat otherwise. Im basically on an eat everything diet though, but I stay pretty lean.
