When I go on this time I want to gain alot. I normally do 3 exercises/3 sets/muscles, and change up weight and exercises every week. For my new cycle I was thinking of doing 3 exercises/3 sets/muscle once a week and 3 exercises/2 sets/muscle once a week so each muscle gets 5 sets
spread out twice. How do you guys change up your routine while your on?
