Ok bro's I have been working out hard for about the past year and a half.. I ran one cycle of test cyp 200mg..one stick a week.. i gained about 12 lbs.. Im 6"2" 204lbs... not sure on the body fat but i stay pretty lean.. Question is- i haven't took a week off from lifting since i have been into it.. i usually train 6-10 days straight and then take a day off.. I was talking to my old strength training coach from high school football a week ago and he said i would get better gains if i took more days off.. So how many days do most of you guys train and take off? thanks
