Training while on cycle first time?

Hello there. I am 37yo around 88kg and i am on cycle for the very first time. After talking to some experienced trainers i decided to go with 6 week cyckle deca/enanthate/Anabol cycle . I am working out for 3 years seriously and i decided its time to make the extra step.


Mu question is when on cycle shall i train every day for 5 days and rest weekend or this will bring overtraining. And what do you reccomend is a good split training program when on cycle?

all you need is test for a first cycle, there's plenty of time to run more later on, do complicate you're first cycle.


6 wks is not enough,the esters are just starting to break down ,you need to run it 10 wks to see results.

I like the push /pull method for training and isolating muscle groups. 5 days per wk is just fine!
 
please dont do deca for your first cycle.

in general a good idea is to stick with a routine you have done before that you know produces good results for what your goals are. up the intensity a bit and maybe add a few extra sets.
 
HMMM thanks for the info but i already have started the cycle. Is it better to do Mon/ Chest, Tuesday/Back, Wednesday/ Legs, Thursday/shoulders Friday/Bis/Tris? That is it better you think to do a part per day or combine two parts per day will be more efficient?
