Training to failure with AAS

Sorry this is on this board, if the mods feel it should be moved go ahead - I only post on this board... anyways.

In order to be growing, do I need to be sore for a day or two after my workouts? I seem to almost never get sore, except when I did German Volume Training. Should I be sore?
 
you dont NEED to be sore but it is normal to be...If you're training hard as you can and dont get sore thee isnt much of anything more you can do...I for one never feel anything in my shoulders
 
Like when I do say 8-10 sets per body part (say chest for example) I dont get sore. However, if I do say - Bench for 10 reps supersetted w 10 pullups - and do that superset 10 times, My body is sore as hell? Should I do this instead? Over the years of training I seem to be doing fine - I am growing afterall, but I am wondering if I would grow more if I made myself more sore - pushed harder?
 
try going harder by doing new routines, drop set, forced reps, negatives, supersets ect ect there are many techniques
