Training Splits

I have been doing a search on the board and it seems most of us do each bodypart once a week.

Does anyone train a bodypart every four, five or six days while on gear?
 
I sometimes do arms twice a week because my arms seem to repair rather quickly. I would very much like to somehow do chest twice a week while Im on this cycle, but I dont know how I could do that without over doing it. Any good responses to strong Island's question I would like to hear as well
 
Due to my new work schedule my routine is gunna be like this....
3on-3off-2on-1off-2on-3off-3on and so on.
I think it sucks?
 
I do a push/pull/legs routine.

Monday: Shoulders, Chest, Tris

Wednesday: Back, Traps, Bis

Friday: Quads, Hams, Calves

Sat/Sun (opt): forearms, abs, neck

I always switch up which BP I train first in the workout so that nothing lags.

I love this routine, but it takes some getting used to because you can't lift as heavy as you could if you were training only one BP/day. The other great thing is that you have lots of time off to recoup.
