just getting into my first cycle ever, sust 250. i feel that my muscle can handle more then what i was previously giving them, a chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders/legs. what is a better training split that would allow me to give every muscle the attention it deserves..?
I've found that my body responds best to high volume and high intensity. When I started to ignore everyone when they talked about overtraining I started making the best gains ever. I do about 20 working sets per bodypart and my sessions usually take 1.5 - 2 hrs. You need to find out what works best for your body. I would definitley recommend increasing volume and intensity while on AAS.
My split looks kind of like this, but I listen to my body and train instictly. If my back doesn't feel 100% I might do chest only. Or if my legs are still sore I might hold off until they feel better.
Day 1 - Chest/Back
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Delts
Day 4 - Bi's/Tri's
Day 5 - OFF
Day 6 - Chest/Back
Day 7 - OFF or Legs if they feel good.
ETC.
This way I'm training every bodypart every 5-7 days and it allows some flexibility. And definitley keep a log!
