You guys ever read anything in the weight training forum here? Nothing but 5x5 routine post... ANNOYING!!!

I mix mine up alot.. my own versions of German volume, 5x5 and WSBB ..

I was looking at Charles Poliquins 1-6 routine. I will be starting it with 2 other guys next week.. Anyone use it before?

What type of routines are you guys running? (I know alot of BB's use the body split which I never liked).
 
There a few different routines in that forum. the 5x5 routine is solid. The principles behind should become the cornerstones for your workouts permanantly.
 
r u referring to the 1 rep and than 6 reps repeated for 3 times if so it worked like a charm for my bench i added 5 ilbs to every set for 2 months!!!! and always got the reps prescribed it tricks the muscle pretty good kudos to wbb bro!!!!!!! iam considering a wbb template soon i never did an all out wbb route but ive used bands before and shit like that
