Training Routine 'while on'

Can someone recommend a good training routine thread or article that really emphasizes the concentric part of the lift (lowering over a period of 5-8 seconds to really tear the muscle fibers).
I have been looking and cant find anything.
Im going to be doing an 8 weeks cycle of sus/deca/dbol and i figured this is the best way to go for both strength and muscle.
some people have been saying high volume of AAS and less intensity.
any ideas?
