Training Routine 'while on'

CLOMIDCLOWN

New member
Can someone recommend a good training routine thread or article that really emphasizes the concentric part of the lift (lowering over a period of 5-8 seconds to really tear the muscle fibers).
I have been looking and cant find anything.
Im going to be doing an 8 weeks cycle of sus/deca/dbol and i figured this is the best way to go for both strength and muscle.

any ideas?

I just stick to basic freeweight bb and db exercise, along with a cable or two. Little to no machines.

Only difference is a do more volume while on.

Really more volume? Should the weights be increasing though?
To be honest I use a bowflex but lets keep that secret under the rug, huh?
I was told that world champion athletes emphasize the negative portion of their lifts because it really tears the muscle fibers really well so they rebuild bigger every time. This seems to be the only way i can get DOMS (delayed onset muclse syndrome) which is how i know the next day that i had a good workout.

No specific routines or threads you can recommend?

I am trying out the hypertrophy-specific theories, have heard good things about it. I used to lift heavy followed my negs, max out on the negs to give the muscle a total burn.

first of all the lowering portion of the lift is called the eccentric phase and if you dont know that you probably should not be doing negatives. the eccentric phase is how most injuries occur. you dont seem like a conditioned athlete so you should stick to the basics.

Guys, I'm thinking this guy's not for real. Noone's this dumb.

He's been lifting for a year, he doesn't know what concentric or eccentric motion is. He's going to start a cycle, and last but not least, look at the user name. Clomid clown, I call your bullshit: You're playing here.

Probably another time-wasting internet nerd.

I agree with singlton. If you are sincere though bro ... try the training board. You will likely get some more feedback there.

Bowflex isnt that bad (im not saying im going to become a bodybuilder with the thing but it has its place). As far as my other posts go, im not too sure what your talking about but save your energy for the workouts.
