So far I do
Omega's chest 2/week.
Squats 5x5 3/week
Dead Lift 5x5 3/week
Back 5x5 1/week
power clean and press 5/5 3/week

Cardio 20min heavy bag 3/week

I want to cut body fat % and improve my conditioning for dirt biking and hockey. I want to do omega's full routine deal but employment insurance don't leave much money for anything else right now.
