Hello once again, ive been training real hard and eating what I can, but in this past week i noticed a rash on my left arm, its like small little red pimples. Now over this week it has spread all accross my chest and on my arms, stomach and i even notice them on my legs aswell. I want to know is this stretch marks? if so how long will it take to go away and is there any treatment i can use because they are real itchy and sometimes they hurt when i touch them. Thanx

Not stretch marks. They don't look like red pimples.

Sounds like hives ... OR ... um ... have you had all your childhood illnesses? I got measles when I was 19, so it can happen.

If hives, try some Benedryl or any antihistimine. That might help. You may have eaten something or come into contact with something (new soap, lotion, anything) that you've had an allergic reaction to. You can also develop reactions to things that have never bothered you before.

I would probably see my doctor. One, if it's an allergic reaction a second one could be more severe. Getting tested and trying to figure out what caused it could be important (for instance I developed a severe reaction to hazelnuts a few years back).

Two, if you have contracted an illness that causes a rash, you need to be treated and know about it. For instance, with some of these diseases you don't want to be around pregnant women. Most are also contagious.

Yeah, see a doctor. If you have a rash all over your body you shouldn't be going to your gym and leaving that shit all over the equipment, either (or do you workout at home?).

Yeah, im working out at home this week. I thought hives too but that dissapears after a day and appears in other spots. Mine just stays there and is spreading all accross my body. I saw my doctor and he doesnt know what it is either. So im going to wait it out if it gets worse i will go see a dermetologist. And yes I have all my childhood illnesses, eg Chick Pocs. Thanx for the replies.

Hives don't always disappear after a day. I had them for 5 days over my entire (and I do mean entire) body when I had a bad reaction to hazelnuts. They say Aveeno oatmeal baths help with the itching and calomine lotion.
