Now since I am now officially on the juice, should I train as many days as possible? I try to train Mon-Fri and take the weekend off... should I try to train on the weekends too ?

Mon-fri is cool. You need a day or two off a week to fully recuperate.
If you really want to hit the gym, do cardio on sat, but definitely take
sun off.

Nope!! The body needs recovery time still...i train mon-fri except when i'm on i try to add a few more sets and up the intensity a bit more! RADAR

i pretty much train the same on or off the juice..of course being on you will be stronger and more aggressive with the iron but its when im off that i try to kick it up a notch

I agree with MOD but damn it can be hard to resist the urge to go balls out for seven days in a row...but you're looking ta possible injuries if you push too hard because even though you feel jacked, your joints etc. can only take so much...main thing is- HAVE FUN :D

Damn

My work schedule has just changed to Sat-tues 12 hour days and I have an hour drive to work and an hour back which makes it a 14 hour day. I don't have time work outon those day so I workout Tues, wend, thurs, and Friday. I do Light tuesday since I just got off a midnight shift I am beat. So I do shoulder then on
Wend - Chest & tris - abs
Thurs - Legs- abs
Friday- back-bis.

Is this ok while on Juice or do I need more. Basiclly I workout real hard 3 days a week.

Brian, to my understanding you need more than 3 days. If you do not have the time to work out more than 3 days a week, maybe you shouldnt have taken a taste of the sauce until you have a better schedule. In fact, judging by your work hours and lack of a training schedule, it looks like you might not have your dieting right either due to crazy hours.... how does your calorie/protein/carb/etc intake look? Hope I helped bro... but in order to get the results that I am sure you want, you need to dedicate a good part of your daily life to eating and training at the appropriate levels or else you are wasting time, money, and effort.
