training on AS, over/under

This is my first cycle (500 mg sustanon), and i need advice on training. Does this workout plan look ok or is it overtraining,
Mon. Chest, biceps, abs (inject)
tues. shoulder, triceps
wed. back, abs
thurs. rest (inject)
friday, light chest, triceps
sat. legs, abs
sunday rest.

my main question is if I'm sore from my monday workout is it advisable to workout the next day or wait till the day after. Is it ok to train chest and triceps twice in the same week.
 
best to wait for the sore bodypart to heal up before you blast IT again. one thing you can do is hit light day/ heavy day. even if you are on AS you have to let your body recover fully. the time you spend out of the gym is growth time. AS may make you feel like an animal in the gym but that doesnt necessarily mean that you need to live there. you can train more often or intensely, but build up to it. AS isnt magic so listen to your body.
 
He Bro, I really don't believe in light and heavy days while your on a cycle. Because whenever your on and your in the gym, You're so psyched up and feeling so good and strong that evertime you workout it ends a a heavy day!!
