Training On A TKD

I am curious what the most optimal way to train is while following a TKD for maximum fat-loss.. I am thinking something pretty much low-volume like 6-8 total sets for most bodyparts..

Whatd you all think?

Ill be taking in around 40-50g simple sugars preworkout which will help but well see..
 
Most of what I have read is to use higher volume. This is to help deplete glycogen quickly. Also since you don't have active insulin transport you don't want to really tear into your muscles then not get nutrients in quickly.
