Good chest workout tonight.....

15 min. high intensity EFX

Bench Press
warm up
225x12
275x5
295x5
295x5
315x3
275x5

Incline Press
warm up
205x8
225x6
245x4

8 sets of cables....two variations x 4 sets each.....rep counts 12, 10, 8, 8...

I am about 85% recovered from a shoulder injury which suffered in November of last year....prior to the injury I was pushing 365x5 with a 1 rep max of 405.....the injury was a result of doing weighted dips....

I am still having to really go according to the way my body is feeling on chest night when choosing the weight for each set.....

I probably should back off one set on the bench and add one to incline....as well as trade one variation of cables for 4 sets of Decline bench press....however, I wanted to feel 315 on Bench and I alternate the Decline with the cables every other week due to the Decline making my shoulder pretty sore for a couple of days.......
