Training Legs

hell yea!!i wold only do legs once a week anyway.stick with heavy ass squats.

as long as you are consistient and lifting to fatigue, once every 6-8 days is great for all muscle groups, not only legs...
 
If you're training them with the right intensity, once a week is plenty for legs. In fact, I would never train them more than once per 7-day period. If you train them hard (I mean really hard) they will be sore for days and such large muscle groups need the extra recovery time.

Of course I'm referring to quads and hams. Calves can be hit twice a week, even if you're drug free.
 
Here is my routine

Sunday: Cardio for approx 30 min
Monday: Back, Shoulders and Traps
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Chest, Bi's and Tri's
Saturday: Off
