Training.... is it all decided on diet?

If you want deep cuts or bulking looks its mostly decided by your diet right? I mean theres not a specific routine for a certain diet?Just feel whatever is best right?
 
You are going to get a lot of differing opinions on this topic. Here is mine. Yoiur diet denotes the changes your body will or will not experience. If you are training to bulk, and are not getting the raw materials (calories) to build you are not going to put on size. If you are training to cut, and taking in a ton of calories you are not going to get lean.
 
Xiodus, Diet is a huge part, perhaps the commanding ingrediant to obtaining the body you desire. BUT one must work out HARD, SLEEP long etc etc....
