Training frequncy?????

Hi,

I have just started a 5x5 routine for large muscle groups, ie; Bench press, Dead Lifts and Squats on alternate days of course.
My goal is to increase strength.

Mt question is, would it be counter productive doing that routine twice a week?
Does anyone have any sample routines?

doing 5x5 on squats at about 65-75% of your 1rm explosively twice a week might be a good idea. I don't like high volume deadlifts because they fatigue me and my form breaks down. Lowering weight and upping frequency and rep quality is a great idea in general though.
