Wanted to know what a good frequency is.I am considering the 5x5 for exercises,I need help making a good day/week plan for muscle groups.I am changing my old plan,because its too much(I did upper,lower,off,off,upper,lower,off) I am new,didnt expect it would be so hard to hit so many muscles in at one time,all I have really been getting is minimal chest and back and too much arm usage.I like doing abs eod.
Any ideas?

also when will I know when its time to rest(like 2wks off) I am afraid when that time comes 2wks will become 2 yrs.
