I have had a small lump in my left pec that I am able to control with arimidex on my test/primo cycles...I know some of the lower pec is fat but I didnt want to make the lower pec bigger if its going to make gyno look worse, when my nipples are hard my chest looks great....What have you guys had success with as far as training routine to sculpt the lower chest? I am currently only doing flat bench press and fly and incline press and fly
