Appreciate that brother. I’ve been loving those movements lately, especially the overhand rows. They light my whole upper back on fire in a good way. Seated cables are a staple for me too. Just trying to keep the sessions solid while life’s chaotic right now.This is a hell of a workout routine you put together. I like the overhand machine rose and I like the seated cable rows.
