anyone got any suggestions on good training manuals or books that are worth the read. im talkin real bodybuilding books stuff on mass traning, pre contest training etc. none of this crap u see on tv, "a new body with these easy workouts done 3 times a week for 30 min". none of this garbage.
 
Starting Strength is pretty much the best book you could buy. You should definately just shell out the money to get it, it's a great investment...

I second that, I bought it and learned tons about the core lifts, helped me fix many issues I was having.
