Training at 6am

Hello, I am a college athelte and we have training Monday Wednesday and Friday with conditioning days coming on M and F. We start at 6am and I am wondering what would be good to eat/drink before our workout. I was thinking some sort of fruit and a protein shake at 5am and then my pre workout drink around 545 will this be suitable?
 
I would eat a full breakfast 1 hour pre workout and drink a protein shake 15 minutes pre workout as well as approx 32oz water.
 
Whey isolate shake first thing when you wake up mixed with oatmeal, your body needs the protein it due to long hours of sleep. The oatmeal is a form of sustained release energy... post-workout a whey isolate shake mixed w 25g of glutamine and a full breakfast! don't go with a full stomach to the workout it's a bad idea...:twirl:
 
yea dont want to be puking out my breakfast but thanks for the advice i have a good idea of what i need 2 do
