Training and diet question

do any of you find that weight training makes you hungry all the time,i find it hard to control my binge eaing-i eat whole chickens and loaves at one sittimg .not force feeding,genuine,raging hunger. i cant seem to diet properly with such hunger pangs and to cap it all im an endo/meso.lol,i started training to NOT get and/or look fat ;)

Got to be mentally strong bro...once you develop a diet, it'll become like clockwork......my problem is the exact opposite......I can't make myself eat more, even if I wanted to......
 
After events I eat as much as I can, just healthy food . Don't go crazy but if you feel hungry then your body need noureshments
 
Thanks bro's.I guess I'm paranoid cuz I was always the fat kid at at school.I have got my bf down to around 15 and if I go above I turn into lardass.I'm just sick of being hungry all the time

Yea its a bitch! I have the same problem. I hate to eat for the most part and fucked up nerves and stomache dont help. I try to eat as much as I can without vomitting it up. If your concerned with fat gain and have a slow metabolism, then just work on controlling what you eat, keeping the protein high and the carbs and calories clean and moderate. You can always cut the carbs down little by little until you get the results your after. Hope that helps
