training and diet post cutting cycle.

i'm 5'11, 190, 18% bodyfat.
been working intensely for one year. lean physique but certainly not massive by any stretch of the imagination.

currently on an 8 week cutting cycle which incorporates 250mg of sustanon every 5 days. I also alternate effedrine, clen, and t-3.
my diet is very clean. the goal from this cycle is to shed as much fat as possible while maintaing my muscle mass.

i know that in order to insure maximum gains after a BULKING cycle it is recommended to decrease weight training intensity and eat more food.
however, given that mine is a CUTTING cycle, what training routine and diet guidelines would you recommend post cutting cycle?


any help would greatly be appreciated.
 
Got you message on the other thread lean.

Well, first of all, I'm not sure what makes this a "cutting" cycle. Sus is a bulking drug, through and through. The effects of clen are temporary. And T3 is nothing to fuck with.

If you want to lose fat. you can do Primo, var or winny, and you MUST cut calories. It's a smple as that. Keep the protein up, and lower the excess. Period. You must also train in a fast paced manner in order to burn calories.

Get your thyroid pumping. Kelp, selenium, tyrosine and 7 keto dhea are all good. Don't mess it up with T3. You're going to need it. Even if you were a competitor, I'd suggest synthroid (T4) which is less supressive.

i appreciate that nelson but have you any recommendation as to what routine and diet modifications i should follow when i finish this cycle?

Its essential you keep your protein intake veyr high when dieting if you dont want to lose hard earned mucsle.

I still dont understand why you dont bulk now and cut for the summer???
With ephedrine/caffeine and sensible dieting you could start dieting in april and be totally ripped in the summer. Use the sus for what its best at, bulking.

i get that question quite often. "why not bulk now and cut later?"
i'm pretty comfortable with my muscle tone and would really like to be cut by summer. after this 8 week cutter, i'm gonna take 3 months off and in june, start another 8 week cutter.

see, most of the dudes here are only interested in getting very big. i'm not one of them. there was a post here a while back about Brad Pitt Fight Club physique. a lot of dudes were bashing him for being too skinny or not packing enough muscle.
i disagree and think he would have had the perfect physique with an additional 5-10 pounds of muscle.

which is where i stand. i'm lean at 5'11, 190 and 18% bf.
now, id like to keep my muscle tone but get that fat down to 8% which is very possible with 2 mean cutting cycles like the one i'm on and the next one planned.

at any rate anaconda,
given that you're my london brother here, what would you recommend for diet and training routine post cutting cycle?
 
Well dude

Diet wise id recomment you keep the protein high, cut down a lot on fat but not compleltly, take a supplement like flax seed oil. Ephedrine and caffeine work very well.
Definatly cut out all bread!! and wheat based cereal.

Im doing the same but im going to fit in one more bulking cycle before the summer, its only january dude! Right now im 5'10 185 and 12%bf.
 
so basically there is no big change between a cutting cycle diet and a post cutting cycle diet?
